The Dutch forwarding company “St vd Brink” switched the exterior washing of around 1,200 tractor units and trailer units to the Sonax brand in 2023. Brink aimed with this decision to both increase its profitability and meet environmental protection requirements. The company placed particular importance on protecting the water environment. Director Alex van den Brink describes the corporate philosophy as follows:

“In everything we always opt for long-term relationships.

For we are convinced that only in the long run can we achieve the most together.”

According to Sonax, Brink uses a total of four of their cleaning products:

  • NSF-certified “Grime Remover/ Workshop Cleaner” (main cleaning product)
  • “Red-Max” (rim cleaner)
  • “Insect Remover” (summer grime)
  • “Hyper Coat” (ceramic coating)

The cleaning specialist reports that before the switch product tests were conducted, which were also accompanied by Sonax product management. The

vehicles are washed and sealed by washers, in two shifts per day. With the ceramic coating, the “Hyper Coat”, dirt should no longer adhere as strongly to the paint or the plastics. According to Sander Jansen, the fleet manager, good cleaning performance could be achieved, while the requirements were also met. At all sites, the consumption of cleaning agents fell by 20 to 25 percent. Anfang des Jahres kündigte

Sonax mehrere Prdouktneuheiten und überarbeitete Reiniger an.
