In mid-May 2025, HUSS-VERLAG held its annual digital B2B knowledge event. The fifth edition also impressed participants with its live program from the logistics, transport, and commercial vehicle sectors. The content addressed various types of propulsion, the use of artificial intelligence in the commercial vehicle industry, packaging and automation solutions in logistics, digital management applications, workshop solutions, and the latest developments in the taxi landscape.

For its digital knowledge event Conference Days, organized every spring by HUSS-VERLAG since 2021, the specialized editorial teams of LOGISTIK HEUTE, Transport, VISION mobility, LOGISTRA, taxi heute, PROFI Werkstatt, and busplaner were able to attract numerous participants again. The event formats were distributed across three thematically organized stages: "Logistics & Intralogistics," "Truck & Bus," and "Automotive & Taxi." From May 12 to 15, 2025, a total of 30 one-hour B2B live sessions with 70 speakers provided information on current developments in the mobility, commercial vehicle, and logistics sectors. The organizers report happily in their final report on a renewed high number of over 1,000 event participants. Rainer Langhammer, CEO of HUSS-VERLAG, says:

"In 2025, together with our partners and the editorial teams of our publishing house, we once again succeeded in conveying the content and facts of our key topics to the participants of our Conference Days over 4 days. In a rapidly changing world, such content is of increasing importance."

The result, which is roughly equal to previous events, is all the more pleasing as the 2025 edition took place over four rather than the previous year's five days. In the past five years – from the first edition in 2021 to now in 2025 – a total of around 8,000 participants were interested in the 200 live sessions. The main sponsor of the Conference Days is the auditing company Deloitte, which participated this year with

its own session on "Digital Maturity & Artificial Intelligence: Where the Automotive Industry Stands in 2025."

The content of the Conference Days is essentially contributed by the eight periodical titles of HUSS-VERLAG. Through its trade journals and digital formats, the media institution has decades of expertise:

"Our trade publications guarantee informative journalism and high-quality content in their industries. As an independent specialized publisher in the print and digital sectors, we are always in tune with the times,"

states the website. As a B2B publisher, HUSS-VERLAG also organizes other now well-known industry events such as awards, for example, the Best PROFI Werkstatt Brand or the busplaner Innovation Award. Other event formats include specialized forums and conferences, including digital ones – besides the CONFERENCE DAYS – such as the VISION mobility THINK TANK live. This year, the media house also celebrates its 50th anniversary.

With the successful fifth edition, according to HUSS-VERLAG, the digital B2B knowledge and networking event "has proven to be an established format for B2B knowledge transfer." All those interested in the content can continue to view the recordings of individual events for free after registration and login on Conference-Days.de. In the PROFI Werkstatt news section, some summaries are also available, for example, on the topic of networked trailer axles, the benefits of AGM batteries, hydrogen infrastructure for trucks, or a fleet management solution for commercial vehicles. In the workshop sector, for example, an automated machine

for re-treading commercial vehicle tires was presented.

Some voices of the Conference Partners 2025:

"The Conference Days were a real highlight for me – packed with know-how, exciting conversations, and an inspiring glimpse beyond the horizon. It was great fun to share our experiences in electromobility with Renault Trucks and at the same time see how much movement there is in the industry. Formats like these show how important open exchange is for the future of transport,"

says Kim-Maylin Kühn, press spokesperson for Volvo Group Trucks Central Europe GmbH, who was not for the first time on stage this year. Kühn also moderated a session this time, explaining Renault Trucks' – a subsidiary of Volvo Trucks – support concept for the transition to electromobility.

Daimler Truck was also represented on the CD stage. Andreas Josko, Head of Mercedes-Benz Trucks Digital Solutions, Daimler Truck AG, participated in the session on "Digitization on the road: How modern technologies make freight transport more efficient" and concludes:

"Only through the interplay of politics, truck manufacturers, and customers will the industry be able to manage the major changes. The exchange with decision-makers at the Conference Days was very valuable to me. A big thank you for the invitation!"

Dr. Harald Pottroff, Global Head of the Automotive Sector at Main Sponsor Deloitte, was represented with his own presentation on the topic of Artificial Intelligence in the automotive industry and says:

"In times of

change, knowledge transfer and exchange are indispensable. The Conference Days offer a valuable platform for this. I was very pleased to be able to show in my presentation how companies can use artificial intelligence with a holistic approach to generate more value and emerge stronger from crises."

From the logistics sector, Enrico Pojer, Senior Consultant, and Fazalrehman Khan, Sales Manager, both from Coglas GmbH, commented. They informed in their session about a warehouse management system (WMS) that can be implemented cost-effectively in a few days for the digitization of warehouse management:

"The webinar as part of the Conference Days was a complete success for us. We were able to specifically contribute our expertise and engage with an enthusiastic audience. Many thanks to the HUSS-VERLAG for the professional organization and the all-around successful platform."

And Achim Ziemons, CEO & Consultant, and Wenke Reichert, Business Development of Die ASG, who spoke on the last day about artificial intelligence in the commercial vehicle sector, were also satisfied with the event's progression:

"The Conference Days were top-organized and substantively strong. As speakers, we felt very well supported from the beginning. The event offered a professional platform for genuine exchange and high-quality knowledge transfer. We are happy to come back!"
