DAF Trucks has secured the 300,000th MultiSupport repair and maintenance contract across Europe. The contract was signed by the Polish logistics service provider PC Logistics for a new generation DAF XG 480. The vehicle is part of an order for a total of 15 identical tractor units that will be used in the future for the transport of liquid raw materials in tank containers across Western Europe.

Five-year MultiSupport Full Care contract
PC Logistics, based in Dębica, southern Poland, was founded in 2014 and now operates a fleet of around 100 vehicles, including an increasing number of DAF models. Logistics has opted for a five-year MultiSupport Full Care contract – the most comprehensive service package from the Dutch commercial vehicle manufacturer.
DAF offers MultiSupport contracts in four tiered service levels. These range from basic maintenance to comprehensive full-service solutions. The contracts are modular and can be individually adapted to fleet, usage profile, and duration. Bodywork can also be included in the maintenance solution. The goal is a maximally available fleet with full cost control through a fixed price per kilometer. Service coordination is handled by the respective DAF partner, so that transport companies can concentrate on their core processes.
