Workshops in Germany and Austria can now look forward to a significantly improved service for their Mahle workshop equipment. The reason is the new collaboration between Mahle and the service provider TecMotive. For workshops, this means above all one thing: shorter response times, more technical support, and expanded training offers – all directly on site.
The service offering covers key areas of workshop equipment. These include air conditioning service units, diagnostic systems, transmission flushing devices, and systems for the calibration of driver assistance systems (ADAS). Support for emission testers is
also part of the new service package.
Mahle doubles service network
With the integration of TecMotive, the size of the Mahle service network in the region doubles. Workshops benefit from faster processing of their inquiries and more direct access to technical support – by phone, remotely or personally in the workshop.

From device introductions to on-site maintenance
TecMotive brings a wide range of services into the partnership. The company's
mobile technicians handle device introductions, maintenance, and installations, such as rail and leveling plate systems. Emission measuring devices are maintained and calibrated on-site – exactly according to the test protocol of TAK CERT. Since calibration takes place immediately after test gas adjustment, unnecessary waiting times are eliminated.
With automatic scheduling, TecMotive ensures that maintenance intervals are adhered to. This reduces wear risks, minimizes downtimes, and increases the lifespan of the technology used. TecMotive also checks headlight adjustment places according to the specifications of the HU Directive § 29 StVZO and
creates standard-compliant test protocols with calibration marks.
Additionally, TecMotive supports workshops in training personnel – for example, in the safe use of Hella Gutmann CSC systems. The introduction is practical and takes place directly on the device, from commissioning to proper application.
