During Mobility Service Xpo 25 (MSX 25) in Hamburg, which takes place on October 11, the battery manufacturer GS Yuasa will showcase its start-stop technologies as well as its original equipment products. The company wants to illustrate how dealers and workshops can visibly differentiate themselves in the aftermarket, and how this leads to stable margins. A few days ago it was announced that the tickets for MSX 25 were completely sold out.

The focus is on start-stop-capable AGM and EFB solutions of the YBX battery series. AGM batteries are an advanced form of the classic lead-acid battery, in which the acid is completely bound in a glass fiber mat. This makes the battery spill-proof and maintenance-free, as no water needs to be refilled. In EFB batteries, the acid remains liquid and provides a higher cycle life compared to conventional lead-acid batteries.
Series YTX, YTZ
and GYZ
GS Yuasa presents with the series “YTX”, “YTZ” and “GYZ” their original equipment. “YTX” batteries are permanently sealed, require charging less often and last up to three times longer than conventional batteries. The maintenance-free “YTZ” are suitable, among other things, for motorcycles, motor scooters, ATVs and jet skis.
