When the NUFAM 2025 opens its doors in Karlsruhe from September 25 to 28, ATH-Heinl GmbH & Co. KG will once again be represented with its lifting technology for commercial vehicles. The focus of the trade fair appearance in Hall 1, Stand B 125, is on the mobile wheel lift systems ATH RG5.5-4 WB and the new heavy-duty variant ATH RG8.5-6 WB, which will be presented live in action.
Heavy-duty wheel lift system ATH RG8.5-6 WB for large fleets
The ATH RG8.5-6 WB is a high-performance electro-hydraulic wheel lift system with battery operation and wireless control, designed with a load capacity of up to 8.5 tons per column specifically for the heavy-duty sector. It was developed for use in large fleets,
municipal operations, and logistics companies.
Each column has its own control unit with aggregate cover and provides access to all operating information via the master control – expandable to up to 16 columns if required. The integrated fast charger on each column allows simultaneous charging during the lifting process. A mobile kit and a forklift receptacle on the columns ensure quick repositioning of the system.
A hydraulic lock valve, an electronic synchronization monitor, and electromagnetic safety latches form the Safety-Control-System. This is complemented by the Safety-Lock function for precise placement of the load in the safety latches. A variable wheel fork with adjustable settings allows for the multifunctional reception of a variety of wheel formats and vehicle types.
An example of
application is provided by the ATH-Heinl headquarters in Illschwang, Upper Palatinate: There, complete delivery trucks are regularly lifted safely and stably with the system.
Wheel lift system ATH RG5.5-4 WB for workshops with medium commercial vehicle volume
The more compact ATH RG5.5-4 WB is designed for workshops with a medium volume of commercial vehicles. It is an electro-hydraulic wheel lift system with battery operation and wireless control, specially designed for flexible workshop use. Each of the columns is equipped with its own control unit including aggregate cover and provides access to all operating information via the master control – an expansion to up to 16 columns is possible.
Thanks to the integrated fast charger, the charging process can occur during operation.
Maximum mobility is ensured by a mobile kit and a forklift receptacle on each column, allowing the system to be quickly repositioned. In terms of safety, the ATH RG5.5-4 WB impresses with a hydraulic lock valve, electronic synchronization monitoring, and electromagnetic safety latches (“Safety Control”), complemented by a special control for the safe placement of the load in the latches (“Safety Lock”). A variable wheel fork with individual adjustment options also allows the multifunctional reception of different vehicle types.
