Aero-Lift Vakuumtechnik GmbH showcases at FACHPACK 2025, which takes place from September 23 to 25 in Nuremberg, new features of its hose lifter series „FORCE-LIFFT“. The „FORCE-LIFT | 2“ is available with two optional add-ons that broaden the applications of this hose lifter, it was stated recently in a press release from the provider of vacuum handling
technology. On the one hand, the integrable surface gripper „VUSS“ enables picking up workpieces with cutouts or interrupted surfaces. This is suitable, for example, for applications in wood and furniture manufacturing.
Secondly, a new fully electric swiveling unit, according to the company from Geislingen-Binsdorf in Baden-Württemberg, provides gentle and precise movement guidance when swiveling. The swiveling process
can thus be limited with positional accuracy – for high control, material-conserving and ergonomic working, Aero-Lift Vakuumtechnik said.
At the trade fair stand visitors can see how the FORCE-LIFT series is used—from the FORCE-LIFT | 2 for heavy loads up to 300 kilograms to the compact one-handed hose lifter „FORCE-LIFT“, which lifts up to 75 kilograms with
only one hand.
The devices are suitable, according to the provider, for a variety of application areas in packaging processes, warehouse logistics and internal material flows. Because of intuitive operation, quick-change couplings and modular construction, the FORCE-LIFT can be used for a wide range of loads – from cartons to barrels to canisters.
