The Board of Directors of Kühne+Nagel International AG appoints two new members to the Management Board. As stated in the company's press release of September 3, Eduardo Razuck will assume leadership of the Contract Logistics division as of October 1, 2025, succeeding Gianfranco Sgro. On May 1, 2026, Søren Schmidt will also succeed Dr. Hansjörg Rodi and will in the future be responsible for the Overland Transport division.
With Søren Schmidt, Kühne+Nagel gains, according to its own statements, an expert for leading the
global Overland Transport activities. He spent three decades with the Danish logistics provider DSV A/S, including around ten years as CEO of the Overland Transport division. Dr. Hansjörg Rodi has decided, as part of his personal planning, to retire in the summer of 2026.
Eduardo Razuck, according to Kühne+Nagel, possesses many years of international leadership experience. He has held various senior positions at the Swiss company since 2003. In the past three years, he was responsible for the Contract Logistics business in North
and South America and a member of the global leadership team of Contract Logistics. This is intended to ensure continuity in leading the division. Previously, Razuck led the Brazilian subsidiary from 2015 to 2022. Gianfranco Sgro has decided, after more than a decade at Kühne+Nagel, to take on a new professional challenge as CEO of a mobility-sector company.
