At the HHLA, Marcus Vitt will become a member and chair of the Supervisory Board as of 1 October 2025. He succeeds Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Grube. In addition, Senator Dr. Andreas Dressel and Katharina Kriston will assume new mandates on the board. Three previous representatives of the City of Hamburg will step down simultaneously.
Finally, Kühne+Nagel International AG appoints two new members to the Management Board. Eduardo Razuck will assume on 1 October 2025 the leadership of the Contract Logistics division, while Søren Schmidt will take over from Dr. Hansjörg Rodi in the Overland Transport division as of 1 May 2026. Schmidt has decades of experience at DSV A/S, including as CEO of the Overland Transport division; Razuck has been with Kühne+Nagel since 2003 and most recently led Contract Logistics in North and South America. The new appointments are intended to secure continuity in
management and to further advance the company's positive development.
At ELA Container Offshore, Thorsten Kroes has been strengthening the management since May 2025. Together with Günter Albers and Hans Gatzemeier, who will retire at the end of the year, he will lead the company going forward. Kroes brings long-standing international experience from shipbuilding, most recently as project manager at Meyer Werft. He sees strong parallels between shipbuilding and offshore projects and aims to drive the growth of the company in the area of modular container solutions.
Ecooltec Grosskopf also expands its international business: Cosimo D’Alconzo takes over the position of Country Manager Italy. The refrigerated vehicle and trailer specialist will be responsible for building sales and service network structures. After starting in Spain, Ecooltec thereby focuses on Italy, where the company sees great potential for its electrically powered transport refrigeration systems.
The B+S GmbH
Logistik und Dienstleistungen has expanded its management. Since 1 September 2025, Cordula Brockmeyer has joined the executive team and is responsible for the operative business. Brockmeyer previously served as Regional Head West and brings extensive leadership experience in logistics. Clemens von Ketteler assumes the role of spokesperson for the management and focuses on strategy and sales, while Christian Voß continues to be responsible for the areas of finance, human resources and administration.
The Central Association of Motor Vehicle Trades (ZVK) is to appoint Dr. Jürgen Gros as the new chief executive officer. The 56-year-old political scientist earned his PhD at Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich and has many years of experience in association management, advocacy and communication. The election by the members' assembly is scheduled for October 2025. ZVK chairman Detlef Peter Grün described Gros as "an ideal candidate in every respect."
At MAN Truck
& Bus Deutschland, Miriam Schromm has taken on the role of press spokesperson. She is responsible for external communications in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and succeeds Amelie Mangler. Schromm has held various roles at MAN Financial Services since 2014 and most recently accompanied the transition to Traton Financial Services. Previously she worked, among others, for IBM Deutschland and the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Finally there is also a leadership change at TNDM Trucking, a company of the Girteka Group: Eva Leckaitė-Končanina took over the management on 25 August 2025. She has been with the Girteka Group since 2010, helped expand the sales network and was involved in the founding of TNDM Trucking in 2016. Most recently she gained international experience as CEO of the transport service provider JCargo. Her predecessor Andrius Ivašauskas moves to Girteka Logistics as Director of Owned Fleet Operations.
