The BayernLB is financing a sustainable logistics hall for Aurelis Real Estate GmbH, a project developer and asset manager, with an area of approximately 30,000 square meters spread across three hall sections.
It is
located in a prime industrial area of the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar metropolitan regions, the BayernLB communicated in a press release on July 15. The sole tenant will be Alnatura Produktions- und Handels GmbH, a
company well-known across the region for sustainable food products.
The completion of the building under construction is scheduled for mid-2026. Goldbeck Südwest has been commissioned as the general contractor.
The project serves as an
example for sustainable and forward-looking development of modern logistics spaces in Germany – a DGNB Platinum certification (German Sustainable Building Council) is being sought, the highest ESG-compliant award level for sustainable building in Germany.
