Labeling machine specialist Cab presents at FACHPACK 2025 (23–25 September in Nuremberg) the label dispenser "ROXI". According to a press release, these can in linear- or rotary-labeling machines automatically dispense preprinted self-adhesive labels, synchronized to the speed of a product up to 30 meters per minute on a conveyor belt. Different dispensing
edges address different surface conditions.
“HERMES QL” linerless printing and labeling systems have made resource conservation a priority: They enable packaging with logistics labels without carrier material. By reducing the need to change rolls for endless labels, downtime in plants has been reduced, according to the supplier.
Printing is done by direct-thermal
printing on special heat-sensitive paper. This method does not require ribbons and, according to the provider, thus adds another element of sustainability and low-maintenance labeling in logistics.
