The new congress trade fair LogiNext Germany is celebrating its premiere on April 14 and 15, 2026 in Hamburg. Current topics such as resilient supply chains, digitalization and AI, automation and robotics, as well as sustainable and urban logistics should form the focus of LogiNext Germany 2026. As the Dutch trade fair operator Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs and Hamburg Messe und Congress (HMC) announced on 9 October, LogiNext Germany should provide a powerful platform for international professionals in the logistics industry. At LogiNext Germany, the experts should exchange ideas, develop innovations and share knowledge.

Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs – known for the Dutch trade fairs ICT&Logistiek and Logistica Next, which will take place on 4 and 5 November 2025 in Utrecht – expands its international portfolio with LogiNext Germany 2026. For

HMC, the launch of LogiNext Germany is a logical next step, after numerous events on the topics of logistics and mobility had recently been held at the Hamburg Messegelände — two topics for which there are also strong initiatives in the city, it was further stated.

In addition to a comprehensive exhibition space, LogiNext Germany 2026 on April 14 and 15 in Hamburg offers, according to the organizers, inspiring keynotes, panel discussions and matchmaking programs with a focus on international collaboration.

“Hamburg is the ideal stage for LogiNext Germany. As the 'Gateway to the World', strategically located in the heart of Europe, Hamburg offers excellent international accessibility through its seaport and its extensive rail and road networks. We are very much looking forward to, together with Jaarbeurs, establishing a

trade fair that promotes innovation and collaboration and advances the logistics industry,” said Heiko M. Stutzinger, CEO of HMC.

Kerstin Wendt-Heinrich, chairwoman of the Logistics Initiative Hamburg, said: “As Logistics Initiative Hamburg, we support the event because it makes visible the competencies and networks of the Hamburg metropolitan region and involves companies, research and startups alike. The combination of international reach with the innovative power of the Hamburg location creates real added value for all involved and helps to sustainably develop the logistics industry further”

Also supported by the Digital Hub Logistics & Commerce, the innovation ecosystem for logistics and trade in Germany. “As an ecosystem, we connect established companies with startups and thus promote the development of new solutions along the entire value chain. With LogiNext Germany, a

new format is emerging in Hamburg that makes innovations visible and brings the industry even closer together,” said managing director Julian Kakarott.

Building bridges

For Jeroen van Hooff, CEO of Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs, Hamburg is the perfect place to, not least, also build a bridge between Dutch and German companies and to reach a broad international audience. “With LogiNext Germany 2026 we are taking an important step in the internationalization of our logistics portfolio,” van Hooff said. “Through the collaboration with Hamburg Messe und Congress we create a unique synergy: we bring the strength of the Dutch logistics sector to Hamburg and at the same time German know-how to Utrecht. This strengthens not only both fairs, but also the European logistics industry as a whole.”
