The consulting firm Höveler Holzmann announced in a press release at the end of August its rebranding to Valantic Supply Chain & Procurement Consulting GmbH. The consulting practice for supply chain management, procurement and sustainability has been part of Valantic since August 2023, a European management consultancy for Digital Consulting, Solutions and Software in Europe. With the rebranding, the rebranding is complete and the joint strategic alignment has been visibly implemented, according to the company.
Since its founding
in 2011, Höveler Holzmann has, according to its own statements, assisted numerous companies from the DAX and the mid-sized market in optimizing value chains. With a team of more than 100 experts, the company advises on strategic, organizational and technological questions in Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Sustainability. The client base includes, among others, Deutsche Bahn AG, Lanxess, Intersnack, Coop, the ADAC, DPD and Rotkäppchen-Mumm.
Already in the past two years, the merger with Valantic has brought advantages:
