The Heikendorfer Solvares Group aims to take the next step in its strategic development and strengthen its logistics division: As of August 5, 2025, Städtler Logistik GmbH and Opheo Solutions GmbH have merged into Solvares Logistics GmbH, as stated in a press release dated August 11. This will bring together two providers of digital transport logistics and freight cost optimization into one entity.

From route optimization to tactical transport management

Städtler Logistik, specializing in transport management systems and freight controlling, brings decades of experience

in strategic and tactical transport management according to the company. On the other hand, Opheo stands for AI-supported scheduling and route optimization in road freight transport with its eponymous solution. Together, the new Solvares Logistics GmbH aims to cover the entire spectrum of digital transport processes.

The headquarters of the merged company, according to the statement, is in Hamburg. The long-established location in Nuremberg, with its 60-year history, will be retained, providing customers with two touchpoints in the north and south, the provider states.

Internationally, the Solvares Group is represented with branches in Belgium, England, Austria, and the Netherlands.

At the same time, the Solvares Group is restructuring its FSM division: FLS GmbH and Mobilex GmbH have

merged into Solvares FSM GmbH. Thus, two clear units for the core segments of Field Service Management (FSM) and logistics are to be created within the Group.
