Fox Real Estate has established a subsidiary for the independent development of logistics real estate. This company, named Fox Industrial Real Estate, is to draw on the expertise and network of the Fox Group, the Hamburg-based company announced in a press release on September 9.
Fox Industrial Real Estate is led by Sascha Petersmann (54), an industry veteran who has accumulated 18 years of experience in logistics real estate development. After ten years at Prologis, from 2017 he served as Head of Germany and

Fox Industrial Real Estate is engaged in the development of brownfield and greenfield sites – both with and without a development plan – and delivers projects as built-to-suit or speculative. The aim is to create big-box logistics properties, light-industrial facilities and business parks that meet high sustainability standards and innovation requirements. Land should
be acquired in Germany’s top-seven economic locations from two hectares and in further attractive locations from four hectares. The first acquisition is imminent, according to Fox Real Estate.
