Frasers Property Industrial has acquired a 14-hectare plot of land in the North Rhine-Westphalian municipality of Euskirchen for the development of a new industrial and commercial park called "Yarn Yard." According to a press release from Frasers dated June 10, the site is strategically located on the A1 motorway and will offer modern industrial, logistics, and commercial spaces for both small and

larger companies from a variety of sectors such as manufacturing and retail.

The name "Yarn Yard" is a tribute to the region's historical textile industry. The recent approval of the development plan by the Council of the City of Euskirchen marks a milestone for the project for the developer. The plan also includes a service station with a micro-retailer shop. Initial preparations

are to begin in the third quarter of 2025, with construction scheduled to start in 2026.

With its recent acquisitions in Itzehoe and Euskirchen, Frasers is strengthening its portfolio in Germany.
