Stefan Siegle was appointed Head of Germany at Baytree Logistics Developments on July 7, 2025. The logistics real estate developer announced this in a press release. In his new leadership position, he will be responsible for the expansion of Baytree Germany's logistics development activities. He reports directly to Rabih Modad, Managing Director of Baytree Logistics Developments, and succeeds Sascha Petersmann, who is leaving the
company.
According to Baytree, Siegle brings 20 years of professional experience in investment and project development both with institutional and medium-sized investors, as well as family offices. He has been involved in the realization of projects in Germany, the UK, and the Middle East, and in the building of international teams. He also has experience in the value-add area, particularly in the revitalization and
refurbishment of existing properties.
