Schunk sets the course for the future with a change in management.As of December 1, 2025, Falk Bäurle will assume the role of COO/CFO at Schunk. Bäurle has extensive experience in international leadership positions, the company announced in a press release
on November 6.
Most recently he was CFO at BBS Automation GmbH, a subsidiary of the Dürr Group. The new dual role, according to Schunk, creates additional synergies, strengthens international collaboration and enables the company to respond even more precisely to
market requirements.
The current COO/CSO Johannes Ketterer will resign from his position after twelve years at Schunk on December 1, 2025, in order to join his own family business.
As a new member of the Supervisory Board, he will continue to
provide strategic guidance and contribute to the development of the company.
