Brabender Solutions GmbH is presenting its "BRABENDER logistic suite" from June 2 to 5 at transport logistic 2025 in Munich. As the Swiss provider of logistics and telematics solutions announced in advance of the showcase, the focus is on AI models for process automation and connectors for seamless data integration.
Relief from Simple Tasks
Instead of a large language model, Brabender claims to rely on several small AI models. In Munich, the software specialist will demonstrate how they are trained for specific tasks. Some AI models are already integrated into the
BRABENDER logistic suite. They are intended to relieve dispatchers from simple tasks, monitor processes, and pass on tasks to humans that deviate from the previously learned standard. At the trade fair, visitors will see, among other things, how artificial intelligence processes various documents from the driver app or independently creates orders from emails with different attachments. In addition, the software specialist will demonstrate on-site how an AI model trained on interfaces can create mappings for data integration.
"The transformation process is rapid. Transport logistic will show how TMS keeps up with
this development. We rely on AI models, which, when specifically trained, support our proven system at crucial points, allowing information to be processed even more efficiently. But that alone is not enough, because data must flow unhindered and in all directions. Therefore, we are working intensively on the connectivity of our system," explains CEO Thomas Brabender on the strategic approach.
For highly automated and connected processes, the company presents several newly developed connectors at transport logistic. These are intended to improve the connections within the BRABENDER logistic suite - for example,
to the driver app, the web portal for customers, or via interfaces for shippers, as well as to external platforms of customers and partners. In the live demo, visitors will experience, among other things, how customers receive answers to their questions via the weblink or how a loading confirmation starts tours.
According to the provider, the BRABENDER logistic suite already supports all core processes in the transport business from dispatch to administration to document management as an all-in-one solution - optionally expandable with modules for warehousing, controlling, and fleet management.
