Cargoclix will celebrate the world premiere of its new digital product "Cargoclix FLOW" at its booth during the transport logistic 2025 trade fair in Munich (June 2 to 5). According to the Freiburg-based software provider, the cloud-based platform is aimed at freight forwarders who want to manage their transport orders flexibly, transparently, and efficiently - regardless of whether their own drivers or subcontractors are involved.

At the heart of

the new solution is real-time scheduling, according to a press release: Orders can be manually or automatically recorded and assigned directly to a driver. Every step of the processing is documented with a timestamp. This is intended to ensure seamless traceability from order placement to delivery. At the same time, the platform is intended to enable seamless communication between dispatchers, drivers, subcontractors, and customers in real-time - in over

75 languages if desired.

“With FLOW, we create a continuous digital connection of all parties involved in the transport chain - simple and flexible, without complex IT projects,” explains Victor Meier, consulting partner at Cargoclix. “The forwarder retains full control at all times, even if subcontractors are involved.”

Status tracking for customers in real-time

Another focus, according to the provider, is on the real-time integration of customers: They can

track the current status of their delivery live at any time, which avoids numerous inquiries by phone. The system also transparently maps the passing on of orders through subcontractors, according to the provider.

“FLOW is our answer to the increasing demands for transparency and flexibility in everyday transport,” emphasizes Meier. “We provide freight forwarders with a tool that significantly eases their daily work,” he adds.
