The moving logistics subsidiary of the logistics service provider Dachser has been certified for the first time according to the internationally recognized standard DIN EN ISO 14001:2015 as part of its holistic quality and environmental management.

ISO 14001 focuses on environmental protection, the improvement of environmental performance, and compliance with legal environmental regulations. The certification confirms to Dachser & Kolb that

an effective environmental management system has been implemented, which, through targeted monitoring, records, analyzes, and continuously improves environmental metrics, it was stated.

Environmental Policy of the Moving LogisticianAt the heart of the environmental policy are resource conservation, the reduction of emissions and waste, and the use of innovative technologies and processes. For example, transport routes are optimized to reduce CO₂ emissions,

and reusable moving boxes are used to minimize material consumption.

The certified approach ensures that environmental risks are systematically identified, assessed, and minimized – both with regard to the environment itself and potential impacts on the company. Johannes Neumann, Managing Director at Dachser & Kolb:
