The Honold Logistics Group is strategically investing in a real estate asset of Reifen Logistik Leibelt GmbH & Co. KG and aims to set a precedent for the future of tire logistics in Germany. The focus is on the system-relevant locations in Nossen near Dresden and Liebenwalde near Berlin. These are considered logistical key positions for tire distribution in East and all of Germany, it was stated.

The joint venture would go beyond a purely financial commitment, according to both logistics

companies. It is an expression of a shared understanding of responsibility, support for SMEs, and sustainable site development.

Partnership on Equal FootingThe involvement of Honold will not bring exclusivity to the operational business, it was further stated. Since Honold is only participating in the real estate, the operational business remains unaffected by any influence from Honold.
