The L.I.T. Speditions GmbH has taken over parts of the transport business of the medium-sized logistics service provider van Eupen Logistik GmbH & Co. KG, based in Essen and Dorsten, effective May 1, 2025.
The L.I.T. Group aims to expand its presence in beverage logistics according to its own statements. At the same time, the operational service
portfolio is to be expanded with specialized equipment and an established customer network, it says. Simeon Breuer, Managing Director of L.I.T. Speditions GmbH and Board Member of the L.I.T. Group:

Van Eupen Logistik has experience in beverage logistics. As part of the takeover, existing customer relationships are to be maintained and
further developed.
In addition to expanding the customer base, the L.I.T. Group is growing in personnel, as 120 employees are to immediately reinforce teams at various locations. At the same time, the company's fleet will be expanded by 85 tractor units and 110 specialized trailers, thus contributing to the strengthening of operational capabilities, according to the logistics
