Uwe Schöneberg has been appointed as a new member of the supervisory board of the Krone Group as of May 1st. The 61-year-old trained master baker and business graduate brings extensive know-how from the fields of agriculture and food processing as a connoisseur of the German food industry. Currently, the married father of the family is responsible for the strategic development of the Cologne corporate group as managing partner at the sugar producer and food manufacturer Pfeifer & Langen.

The now fully composed supervisory board team under the leadership of Bernard Krone consists of five members who each bring different professional focuses. Alfons Veer, finance expert and deputy chairman, concentrates on the overall strategy and the implementation of sustainable organizational structures. Bernd Meerpohl, a specialist in animal husbandry technology, accompanies the technological and production-oriented development. Dr. Tono Nasch, managing partner of an institute for vehicle drives, brings his expertise in the areas of digitization, automation, and electrification. Jürgen Hölscher, a qualified banking economist with many years of experience in the financial market and banking sector, supports financial management. With comprehensive expertise in agriculture and food production, Schöneberg expands the strategic topics of the corporate group after his appointment to the supervisory board.

Vittorio Braguglia, currently Managing Director Mercedes-Benz Vans France, will take over the position as Head of Sales & Marketing Mercedes-Benz Vans Germany from October 1st. He succeeds David Perdomo Hollatz, who will become Managing Director Mercedes-Benz Cars Sales Germany. Braguglia started his career in 1997 at Smart GmbH and gained experience in the after-sales business in various roles. After various positions in Switzerland, he built up the Smart organization in Germany as Head of Aftersales from 2003 to 2007. In 2007, he took responsibility for the Mercedes-Benz sales network in Italy, where he was later appointed as Marketing and Sales Managing Director and CEO of the Mercedes-Benz branch in Rome. Between 2014 and 2016, Braguglia was involved in building and developing the Europe region as Director of Aftersales and Retail Operations. He then took responsibility for Own Retail Europe from 2016. In 2023, Braguglia became Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Vans France.

LIP Invest has appointed David Zimmermann as the second managing director. From now on, the capital market specialist and qualified banking economist will manage the owner-managed investment company alongside Sebastian Betz. Zimmermann will continue to serve as the first point of contact for over 60 existing investors

and be responsible for the sales of new fund products and acquiring additional investors. The capital market specialist decided two years ago to switch from the investor side to asset management. Before joining LIP, he worked at Sparkasse Miltenberg-Obernburg for 20 years, most recently for several years as Head of Capital Investments and Deputy Head of Trading.

In the supervisory board meeting of Häfen und Güterverkehr Köln AG (HGK) on July 1, 2025, Steffen Bauer was unanimously appointed as the new chairman of the board of HGK (CEO). The 45-year-old will take office on October 1st. He succeeds Uwe Wedig, who will leave the company on September 30, 2025, as he reaches retirement age.

Bauer is a studied business graduate and current CEO of HGK Shipping GmbH. Previously, he held various management positions in different areas of logistics. He started his career at the chemical logistics service provider VTG-Lehnkering AG in Duisburg, where he was responsible for contract logistics as a division manager and for liquid road freight transport in management. As COO of Imperial Logistics International B.V. & Co. KG, he was responsible for central business areas such as transport logistics and contract logistics for all services in the sectors Automotive, Industrial, Retail & Consumer Goods, and Chemicals in an overarching function. During this time, he increasingly focused on the alignment of the inland shipping company. As CEO, he had overall responsibility for all branches of Imperial Shipping. With HGK AG's acquisition of the inland shipping activities, he became CEO of HGK Shipping in 2020.

Cédric Frachet, COO of the French Heppner Group, has been elected as the new chairman of the supervisory board of System Alliance Europe (SAE). By doing so, Frachet, previously a deputy in this committee, replaces Walter Konzett from Gebrüder Weiss, who previously held the position and remains a board member of the general cargo cooperation. Jan Sunde, Managing Director of Freja in Denmark, was elected as the deputy chairman of the supervisory board at this year's SAE supervisory board meeting. Sunde has already been a member of the supervisory board, which consists of nine people, for two years. With the election result, Frachet and Sunde have assumed their office from July 1st for the next two years.

Nordfrost has restructured its management. Dr. Falk Bartels is stepping down from his position as managing director of Nordfrost GmbH & Co. KG. As a result, responsibilities

have been reorganized with immediate effect. Britta Bartels will focus on the areas of finance, sales, and marketing & communications as the chairwoman of the management board. Philipp Brandstrup is responsible for port logistics, real estate, and the areas of HR, purchasing, and IT. Dennis Gloystein leads the operational units of the core business with warehouse and transport logistics as well as trade logistics. As members of the management team, the authorized signatories Jens Hilsen (Sales), Jürgen Oltmanns (Warehouse Logistics), and Michael Weber (Finance) will also contribute to corporate management.

The 43rd general assembly of the Landesverband Bayerischer Spediteure e.V. (LBS) elected a new board on July 4 in Passau. The most votes were received by:

Change of leadership at Baur Hermes Fulfilment in Altenkunstadt: Amadeus Jaeger will join the management of the joint venture between Hermes Fulfilment and the Baur Group on June 15. Together with Peter Volk (spokesman), the 39-year-old Jaeger will form the duo at the top. Kamil Christoph Kasprowicz, who was CEO of Baur Hermes Fulfilment for three years, will pursue new professional challenges outside the Otto Group in the future.

The business graduate Jaeger joined the retail and services group Baur in 2020 as Head of Controlling Logistics and Services. Previously, he worked in controlling at Deutsche Bahn for ten years. In 2022, he joined the newly established logistics service provider Baur Hermes Fulfilment. There, he was initially responsible for controlling, later in the logistics network of the Hermes Fulfilment Group

also for finance/controlling for the Parcel Logistics South cluster, to which the Altenkunstadt location belongs. The 60-year-old Peter Volk, who has been a member of the joint venture's management team since 2022, will serve as the spokesman of the two-member management in the future.

Alexander Lutz has been the new Chief Commercial Director at ALD Automotive|LeasePlan since June. Thus, the 40-year-old is responsible for the entire commercial business, including manufacturer partnerships in Germany. Previously, he led the European business of Lucid Motors as Managing Director Europe, where he was responsible for the market launch, brand development, and expansion of sales and service networks. From 2019 to 2023, Lutz was significantly involved in the market launch of the electric brand Polestar in Europe. He initially established the brand in Germany as Managing Director. He then became Managing Director in Italy with the same responsibility. The Prometeon Tyre Group newly fills three positions in the company's management. The company has appointed Francesco Antonacci as Chief Commercial Officer, Federica Boscolo as Chief Human Resources Officer, and Antonio Melone as Chief Manufacturing Officer. All three managers report directly to the Deputy General Manager Liang Yuan. Antonacci, who has been CEO of the European region at Prometeon for over three and a half years, has a degree in economics and initially held positions of increasing responsibility at Pirelli and then at Prometeon. As head of the new Global Commercial Division, he is to lead the company's worldwide expansion, strengthen relationships with all global customers, and identify new growth opportunities.
