At Fiege, the board member Kenza Ait Si Abbou will leave the board on May 31. The engineer and AI expert plans to pursue new professional challenges as an independent consultant in the future, it is stated. The decision was made by mutual agreement. Co-CEO Felix Fiege will take over her area of responsibility on the board. Abbou has been working as CTO since summer 2023 and will continue to support the company as a consultant.
At Ecooltec Grosskopf, Philipp Kaiser will join the sales team as a Sales Manager. The industrial engineer has many years of sales experience with various internationally active supplier companies in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry. Together with Matthias Kiefer, Sales Director for
Central Europe, he will support customers in the DACH region and beyond. Kaiser began his career as a quality manager at a manufacturer of automotive lighting technology and electronics. Later, he moved into sales and managed internationally active key account customers at other companies in the automotive supplier industry. Most recently, he held the position of Team Leader Sales at an internationally leading technology company producing sensor, electrical, control, and energy management solutions for commercial vehicles and off-road applications.
The ThielemannGroup expands its advisory board with Dr. Heiner Leisten and Arnt Göppert. Leisten was active for 27 years in various leadership positions at locations in the USA and Germany with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Since 2019, he has
been dedicated to the family-owned family office in Cologne, accepting various advisory mandates and serving as the chairman of the supervisory board of the nonprofit society of the Cologne Carnival Committee of 1823 e. V. Göppert, LL.M., is a partner at the law firm Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner and has been advising Navid Thielemann and the ThielemannGroup for years on corporate law issues, joint ventures, financing, as well as in the context of (M&A) transactions. Overall, the advisory board of the ThielemannGroup has thus increased to five persons.
