Röhlig Logistics has announced the acquisition of a ten-percent minority stake in the Latin American company OnBoard Logistics. With this, the logistics company deepens its long-standing partnership with OnBoard founder Pablo Martinez and intends to sustainably expand its presence in Latin America.
While Röhlig is already strongly represented in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia,
Chile and Uruguay, OnBoard offers the opportunity to establish a foothold in further emerging-market countries in the region under the “Powered by Röhlig” brand, it said. Michael Gerding, Regional CEO LatAm at Röhlig Logistics:
