At this year's transport logistic trade fair in Munich, trailer specialist Schmitz Cargobull presented two key components of its aftersales strategy: firstly, the new collaboration with mobility service provider 24/7 Assistance as part of the Cargobull Euroservice, and secondly, the ten-year partnership with tire specialist Pneuhage. Both collaborations aim to ensure the availability of trailer fleets in European long-distance transport and further professionalize service processes.

24/7 Assistance with Refrigeration Equipment Training

The collaboration with 24/7 Assistance began on June 1, 2025. The company will in the future take on key operational tasks in Schmitz Cargobull's Europe-wide breakdown and service case management. In addition to towing and recovery services, the service range

includes technical support for tires, axles, refrigeration units, as well as electronics and electrics. The provision of replacement vehicles and advice on legal matters round out the offering. Individual customer care is the focus here – regardless of whether a service contract exists.

The service

personnel of 24/7 Assistance were thus trained in advance on Schmitz Cargobull's product range, particularly on the proprietary S.CU refrigeration units. The close exchange with Schmitz Cargobull's technical support is intended to ensure fast and quality-assured processing. With a network of around 1,400 authorized workshops in 40 countries, the company aims to further increase the operational capability of its trailer fleets in everyday life.

Ten Years of Tire Service with Pneuhage

The service network is complemented by the proven partnership with the Pneuhage Group, which celebrated its ten-year anniversary at the fair. Since 2015, Pneuhage has been the official tire service partner under the Schmitz Cargobull service contracts.
