The forklift manufacturer Baoli, a brand of the Kion Group, is expanding its portfolio with the new lithium-ion low-lift stacker KBP 14H. The model is designed for payloads up to 1,400 kilograms and targets users who in warehousing, retail, manufacturing, food logistics, or e-commerce rely on compact, maneuverable vehicles.
According to the manufacturer, the KBP 14H chassis is designed to be particularly space-saving and enables precise maneuvering even in tight aisles. A special creeping speed function supports the precise positioning of the load. The five-point chassis increases stability when handling heavy loads, while sprung support wheels provide traction and smooth operation on uneven surfaces.
Newly redesigned tiller reduces the accident risk with the KBP 14H low-lift truck
In operation,
Baoli emphasizes safety and ergonomics. A newly designed tiller keeps the operator at a safe distance from the vehicle, reducing the risk of accidents. Ergonomic control elements facilitate control and reduce the effort required for maneuvering. Access is keyless via a PIN code, eliminating the need to manage physical keys and increasing readiness for use. Low steering effort improves maneuverability and enables safe operation even in confined spaces.
Lithium-ion battery of the KBP 14H rechargeable at sockets via integrated charger
The power supply is a 48-volt 30Ah lithium-ion battery. It offers high availability and can be charged at any common 230-volt socket via an integrated charger. The full capacity is reached in around two hours, allowing the stacker to
be ready for operation again quickly. Occasional charging during short breaks is also possible and supports continuous operation. Thus, the KBP 14H reduces downtime and increases efficiency in internal material flow.
Economic low-lift truck in the entry- and mid-range segment
Baoli positions the KBP 14H as an economical solution in the entry- and mid-range segment. The model combines easy operability with robust construction and low maintenance costs, according to the provider.
“The KBP 14H expands our compact intralogistics product portfolio and offers versatile solutions for medium to heavy-duty applications. It is easy to operate, powerful and safe, and combines competitive prices with low maintenance costs for maximum cost-efficiency,” says Francesco Pampuri, Director Brand Marketing & Management of Baoli EMEA.
