The BPW Group from Wiehl bought the Czech replacement parts retailer for commercial vehicles E.M.T. in mid-August. The company sells spare parts for trucks, semi-trailers, trailers, buses, as well as light commercial vehicles. Vehicle maintenance is also offered.
Radek Čermák, Managing Director of E.M.T., commented on the takeover as follows: “With
our eight locations and 55 employees, we will push the mobility partnership forward together with the BPW Group's subsidiaries. The BPW Group's strong spare-parts distribution network offers us the best prospects for long-term success.”
Currently the company operates six branches in the Czech Republic (Modletice, Prostějov, Jihlava, Pilsen, Hradec Králové, Liberec)
and, through E.M.T. Slovakia s.r.o., also two branches in Slovakia.
