Europart, the supplier of replacement parts and accessories for commercial vehicles, announces a strategic partnership with the lubricant manufacturer Rowe. Rowe is a German oil-manufacturer brand with OE competence and experience in the development and production of lubricants. With the collaboration Europart aims, for the first time, to offer an oil-manufacturer brand from a single source across Europe.

Rowe is known for its involvement

in motorsport. In 2011 the company founded on the Nürburgring-Nordschleife its own endurance motorsport team for long-distance racing named “Rowe Racing”. Since its founding the team has competed in series such as the Nürburgring Endurance Series and the GT World Challenge Europe. Rowe Racing won the 24 Hours of the Nürburgring in June 2025 and thereby claimed BMW's 21st overall victory on the Nordschleife.

Background: Europart acquires Experica

Early in 2025 Europart had already acquired the Italian commercial vehicle parts dealer Experica. Experica achieved revenue of around 100 million euros in the 2024 financial year. With the acquisition Europart aims to enter a new growth phase in the Italian market as well as in Southern Europe overall.

Experica has its headquarters in Milan and the administrative headquarters in

Padua. The company specializes in the distribution of spare parts for industrial and commercial vehicles, trailers and buses. It was founded in 2018 through the merger of the companies Revarc and Tecnautocar, which respectively pursued different, complementary business models. Today Experica operates a network of strategically located branches in Northern Italy, including Alessandria, Bergamo, Bologna, Brescia, Cuneo, Milan, Padua, Rimini, Turin, Varese and Verona.
