On 11 October 2025, the Congress Center Hamburg will open its doors for Mobility Service Xpo’25 (MSX).The industry event aims to put networking and innovation around the topic of "workshop" at the center. The event is already sold out at this time. In addition to the presentation programs, the experience zone "ActionHub" is to offer hands-on insights. Visitors can expect a lecture program with topics such as the use of artificial intelligence in the
workshop or current questions around recruiting in the automotive industry.
Several panel discussions are intended to cover various aspects of mobility, digitalization, and current industry trends. Speakers from the industry aim to provide practical insights here. At the workshop roundtable "Quality is Added Value," the importance of spare parts quality in the aftermarket is discussed. In the discussion "Digital applications in customer interaction," approaches for future workshops are presented. The round "Electromobility in the
workshop" examines the opportunities and challenges of a declining maintenance volume and new services.
Networking in the ActionHub
In the ActionHub, visitors can experience technologies live and try them out directly. The "MEN@WORK" activation area focuses on workshop equipment and modern solutions, such as diagnostic devices on lifts or repair and service tools. Among other things, ADAS calibration, wheel alignment, and the tire-change challenge are on the program. ADAS calibration is a process in
which the cameras and sensors of driver-assistance systems are precisely aligned and adjusted to the manufacturers' specifications.
In the Glass demo area, interested visitors have the opportunity to observe the entire process of replacing the windscreen—from removal to installation and possibly calibration. In the Service & Repair area, visitors can experience an air conditioning service live or gain insights into the turbocharger check with practical methods and measurements on a passenger car.
