A focus of trailer manufacturer Krone this year at the commercial vehicle trade fair Nufam in Karlsruhe is future-oriented trailer solutions. From September 25 to 28, 2025, the trade audience can expect practical, digital, and customer-centered products from the northern German commercial vehicle specialist. A digital service access for fleet management and a maintenance support program throughout the entire trailer lifecycle will be demonstrated at the trade fair stand. In addition, some new long-distance and regional transport tires are available for viewing.
Smart Trailer Management
A special highlight that will be presented comprehensively to the trade audience at the Nufam is the new digital ecosystem mykrone.blue. A central access (Single Sign-On) serves as a gateway to all Krone services - from fleet management and digital contract management to vehicle monitoring. "Everything in one place, everything available at any time," states the press release. The provider promises more
efficiency, less effort, and "full transparency" for fleet operators and transport companies: the platform enables a quick overview of fleet and vehicle data in real time and consolidates all related services in one place. This eliminates the need for time-consuming data retrieval:
"What previously had to be organized using various tools is now bundled and directly usable,"
explains Krone, emphasizing the time-saving setup. The application is available upon delivery of the trailer and provides all relevant vehicle data from the start - at any time. This also gives the customer access to additional services. For example, the fleet is presented in a live overview, including order and production status. Additionally, a central cockpit invites for master data maintenance - and an Operation Center monitors vehicle conditions and alerts. However, the digital functions of the solution are not yet exhausted and are continuously expanded. The service package is
already designed for special flexibility and contract management is done "completely digitally - regardless of location and service times." The solution is constantly optimized to offer customers even more convenience: the goal, it is said, is "to unite the entire digital trailer ecosystem on a powerful user interface."
The portal is accessible with any common device - PC, tablet, or smartphone. In addition, Krone offers vehicle tracking and monitoring through its telematics available in different performance levels in the E-Solutions section of the website. The contracts range from simple location monitoring to additional display of brake status, to monitoring of the cold chain.
360° Support
With its all-around service package, Krone also supports its customers "throughout the entire trailer lifecycle." This includes services from spare parts to maintenance to digital management. The latest trailer special tires are also part of the program.
The Krone Trusted Prime:Tyre 445/45R19.5,
for example, already introduced at transport logistic in June 2025, was specifically developed for volume transport in long-distance and regional traffic and aims to combine low rolling resistance with long lifespan - according to Krone, it provides high mileage and saves fuel, which also reduces CO2 emissions. The winter-ready, 68-kilogram tire with an extra wide (453 mm) tread can support 5 tons per tire with a load index of 164, meaning 10 tons per axle. Also at the trade fair stand: the Trusted Eco:Tyre, which is designed to offer maximum efficiency due to particularly low fuel consumption and an anti-wear layer for optimal driving stability.
With the Prime:Tyre, Krone now presents all truck tire labels from A to C: from the Eco:Tyre with label A, the Prime:Tyre with label B, to the Comfort:Tyre with label C.
