Emirates SkyCargo's air freight line is expanding its presence in Europe and is now also offering the Emirates Courier Express service in the German market. The door-to-door delivery solution for cross-border shipping operated from the Frankfurt hub is designed to serve the successful production location Germany and to extend the European B2B supply chain network as well as B2C customers with a new, more direct offering, according to a press release dated November 4.

The Germany launch of Emirates Courier Express is understood as a
strategic step in the airline's expansion plans to better serve one of Europe's most important production locations. Within a radius of four hours around Frankfurt, Emirates Courier Express will connect some of the largest manufacturers in the fields of bioscience, healthcare, textile products, automotive industry, aerospace, and industrial technology with scalable, tailor-made logistics solutions with international suppliers, partners and operations.
Emirates connects Dubai and Frankfurt, according to company information, with 21 weekly liner services per route and offers a flight schedule with several daily departures and departure times in the morning,
afternoon and evening. Through Frankfurt's excellent road connections to other major cities and important locations, Emirates Courier Express aims to serve all of Germany with delivery times of three to five days.

The direct connection between Dubai and
Frankfurt is expected to significantly reduce transit time and the number of transshipments. While the majority of Emirates Courier Express shipments, according to the company, are transported on passenger flights, Emirates additionally operates six full freighter flights per week to Frankfurt.
With a focus on user-friendliness and simple business handling, Emirates Courier Express is fully digitally enabled, according to the airline. A specially developed technology platform integrates directly into the customer software and, according to them, offers tracking systems as well as real-time updates from the moment of pickup to delivery.
