The German Logistics Association (BVL) has published the program for the BVL Supply Chain CX 2025, which takes place from October 22 to 24 at the Estrel Berlin. For the successor event to the German Logistics Congress, the concept group has identified seven core themes for 2025 that run throughout the event. At the Congress (represented by the “C” in BVL Supply Chain CX), these topics will be discussed from strategic and overarching perspectives. On the Expo Stages (“X” stands for “Expo”), the focus will be on the operational handling of these topics.
The seven core themes of the BVL Supply Chain CX 2025 are:

- 2. Digitalization of Supply Chains Digitalization,

- 3. Technology & Automation Technological trends, success stories and learnings, new business models, research & development

- 5. Transformation of Logistics Service Providers Digitalization & automation, sustainability, resilience, trade & customs
- 6. Sustainable Logistics Circular economy, sustainability reporting, electromobility in freight transport, corporate culture & community
- 7. Organizations & People Kick-starting innovation, reframing leadership, lean reloaded

Congress Area
According to the German Logistics Association, the Congress Area is the place for top decision-makers, visionaries, and forward-thinkers. Strategic issues are at the forefront, presented and discussed by experts from business, research, and politics in various formats with the participants. The main goal, according to the BVL, is to enhance decision-making and action competencies to improve processes for resilient and future-proof supply chains. The German Logistics Award, which the BVL presents for innovative achievements, will be awarded on October 22 in the
Congress Area on the Main Stage. The award ceremony will be followed by the Networking & Casino Night.
Expo Area
The Expo Area is intended to offer a festival-like atmosphere. According to the organizers, participants can look forward to a stage program (there are four stages) with strong discussions and presentations, smart solutions from exhibitors, networking on an equal footing, and the CX party, which takes place on October 23, the second day of the event. With the Expo Area, the BVL aims to provide relevant content on the CX focus topics at the operational level.
