The Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG has facilitated the sale of a specialized cooling logistics property in Delmenhorst. The buyer is Crossbay, a British real estate investor and asset manager with a focus on urban logistics properties. The property is leased long-term to an international logistics service provider, as the company announced

in a press release on August 8.

The site encompasses approximately 32,500 square meters and offers a total rental area of about 11,500 square meters. According to company information, the tenant has been utilizing the location for several years and will continue to operate it. The facilities include temperature-controlled storage areas cooled to around 14 degrees Celsius,

a direct rail connection, a high-bay warehouse, and picking areas. Additionally, there is development potential of around 10,000 square meters in the eastern part of the site. The location offers quick access to the A1 and A28 highways as well as proximity to Bremen Airport.

“We are very pleased with this successful transaction. The completion underscores the

continued strong demand for established cooling and logistics locations in urban areas,” explained Björn Sundermann, Managing Director at Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate, in the statement.
