The internationally operating sneaker and streetwear retailer Snipes has signed a long-term contract with Arvato. From the second half of 2026, Arvato will handle the entire operative logistics processing for the retailer's European online business, as Arvato stated in a press release dated September 18.
While Arvato takes over the processing of the e-commerce business, the supply to the pan-European
Snipes stores remains via the in-house distribution center in Wesseling, in order to strengthen the site and safeguard jobs.
The Arvato site in Dorsten is intended to enable efficient operational control of the logistics processes and fast delivery times through its proximity to Snipes' headquarters in Cologne and the existing distribution center in Wesseling. Arvato brings experience in fashion logistics
and also has modern automation technologies.
