TST will take on additional logistics tasks for the Dr. Beckmann Group in the future. The logistics service provider will handle the delivery of raw materials to the plant in Egelsbach and manage the complete production waste disposal at the site. According to a joint press release from both companies dated July 28, 2025, the collaboration is planned to be long-term and is part of a comprehensive expansion of the logistical infrastructure.
Tripling Logistics Capacities
According to TST Managing Director Marcel Bicking, the existing logistics capacities for the Dr. Beckmann Group are to
be tripled as part of the extended cooperation. In addition, the processes previously distributed between Egelsbach and Worms will be consolidated at the TST location in Worms. About 35,000 additional pallet spaces are being created there.
At the Worms location, TST will handle the assembly, picking, and parcel shipping of retail-ready products, according to the announcement. This includes branded products such as Dr. Beckmann Fleckenteufel as well as other laundry, care, and cleaning products like laundry sheets and stain salt.
For the transport of finished products, the company is increasingly relying on electrically
powered trucks, which are operated with electricity from photovoltaic systems. This energy comes from the in-house grid of TST subsidiary PamSun.
Nils Beckmann, CEO of Dr. Beckmann, points to a significantly increased demand in international markets, including Latin America, France, and Poland. Since 2021, business has grown by around 40 percent. For the coming years, the company expects annual growth between twelve and 13 percent. In 2024, revenue amounted to 270 million euros.
According to COO Michael Klingel, logistics is set to play a key role in the further international development of the
Dr. Beckmann Group. The company currently employs 510 people, around 300 of whom are in Egelsbach.
The TST Group operates 75 logistics locations nationwide with around 3,500 employees. According to their own information, they manage a covered storage and logistics area of 1.3 million square meters. In 2024, revenue of over 510 million euros was achieved. Since 2024, TST has also been working on expanding a nationwide charging network for e-trucks, operated with green electricity from their own PV systems. Coordination is carried out by the subsidiary PamSun Energy GmbH based in Worms.
