Peper & Söhne is delivering a new building for Schauenburg Industrietechnik GmbH in the Bayernstraße industrial park in Bremen. The earthworks are to begin in January, according to a press release from Peper & Söhne dated November 17. On a site area of about 9,080 square meters will be created about 4,192 square meters of hall space as well as flexible office and social spaces for the internationally operating system supplier of technical solutions made from elastomers and thermoplastics, in Bremen specifically for hose-line technology and valve technology.

The move-in of Schauenburg Industrietechnik GmbH is planned for

October 2026. The lease runs for 15 years. The new building on Rosenheimer Street will replace the current Bremen site on Ingolstädter Street. The turnkey contractor is Goldbeck Nord GmbH. The real estate advisory firm Robert C. Spies was mediating and advising. With the new building Peper & Söhne aims to achieve at least DGNB Gold certification (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen).

"After extensive search, we have now found the right solution: We will merge our two Bremen locations into a new, shared building," said Lars Blatt, CSO at Schauenvurg Industrietechnik GmbH. "This will not only create

greater efficiency and shorter distances, but also send a strong signal for the future viability of the Bremen site. At the new site, a modern hose-line production will be established, which will sustainably underpin our commitment to quality and innovation."

“We are pleased that we could accompany Schauenburg Industrietechnik in the site search and the realization of the new building,” said Malte Seemann, logistics real estate advisor at Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate. “The collaboration was characterized by a highly cooperative and trusting working relationship. With the new building in the Bayernstraße industrial park, a modern,

sustainable site will be created that is optimally tailored to the requirements of Schauenburg Industrietechnik and offers long-term development opportunities.”

The new building in the Bayernstraße industrial park will be erected to the DGNB Gold standard and complies with the EU Taxonomy. The sustainability concept includes, among other things, an air-to-water heat pump with natural refrigerant, a smart-meter infrastructure for energy consumption monitoring, an electric charging infrastructure, and a photovoltaic system. The ESG concept will be fully tailored to the tenant's needs. The site is, according to Peper & Söhne, well connected by road via the B6
