An insolvency proceeding was opened for the assets of Huboo E-Commerce Technologies GmbH in Machern on August 1st. The Leipzig District Court announced this on the same day. The company is a fulfillment service provider for online retailers.

Huboo primarily offers packaging and shipping services as well as handling returns.

The fulfillment service provider from Bristol in the United Kingdom had rented a logistics area of 10,000 square meters in Unit 2 of Zweenfurther Straße 10

from Loth Spedition, an international logistics service provider, in April. The real estate service provider CBRE was involved in mediating the lease at the time.

The Leipzig District Court appointed lawyer Rüdiger Bauch from the Leipzig branch of

the law firm Schultze & Braun as the insolvency administrator. According to the court, services to the debtor must be withheld.

As early as May 22, 2025, the court had ordered provisional insolvency administration over Huboo E-Commerce Technologies
