For the completion of the first construction phase of the Panattoni Campus Hannover Zentrum and the ceremonial opening of the new competence center "Stella Nova" of the Nexans Group, Panattoni has signed two additional lease agreements. The globally operating cable specialist Nexans is the anchor tenant of this Panattoni Campus, according to a statement from the logistics property developer on July 16.

An e-commerce provider has rented a portion of 3,000 square meters in the first, already completed logistics hall. Two more halls are planned. An additional 6,500 square meters are available for short-term rental. The second

tenant is Logistics Warehousing Systems GmbH. The provider of logistics and value-added services, solar technology, as well as an expert in special packaging, has occupied a flexibly usable space of nearly 1,600 square meters in the City Dock. York Pokornowski, managing director of Logistics Warehousing Systems GmbH, says: "For us as a high-growth company, the combination of infrastructure, flexibility in space, and urban proximity at the Campus Hannover Zentrum is a real location advantage."

Nexans has had a modern property built in the BTS model with 6,300 square meters of hall and about 2,940 square meters of

office space. In early June, the group ceremoniously opened the new competence center under the name "Stella Nova." The company presented an innovation for resource-saving electrification of data centers: From Hanover, Nexans wants to set impulses in the globally operating group to advance CO2-free electrification of industry and mobility as well as digitization.

An innovation park is being created on the historic Brink-Hafen area with a total rental space of around 104,000 square meters. The combination of Panattoni Park, City Dock, and Build-to-Suit (BTS) property aims to offer a wide range of uses and meet the needs

of SMEs, trade, crafts, light industrial, and logistics companies on one area.

According to its own statements, Panattoni is implementing high ESG standards in the development of the inner-city campus in Hannover. In addition to the revitalization of the derelict industrial area, the focus is also on aspects of third-party usability, collaboration effects between tenants, and sustainable energy supply using a photovoltaic rooftop system covering 80,000 square meters.

Construction work will continue at full speed until full completion at the end of 2026. Further rental spaces are still available in the logistics park section and in the
