The commercial real estate developer Complemus Real Estate is developing a new logistics project with two halls in Euskirchen, North Rhine-Westphalia. This was announced in a press release on July 31, 2025.
A total area of around 23,750 square meters is planned in the "Am Silberberg" industrial area in the Cologne/Bonn metropolitan area. Approximately 13,000 square meters of this will be developed as a so-called built-to-suit solution for the British company MM Flowers. The flower retailer will use the area as its German headquarters in the future. The lease term is 15 years.
Completion in Summer 2026
Additionally, another hall with around 10,000 square meters and
a mezzanine floor of about 916 square meters will be built. Completion of this area is scheduled for July 2026. Goldbeck West GmbH, Cologne-Bonn branch, has been contracted for the construction work. The leasing contract was brokered through BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH.
MM Flowers plans to use the new location for production, logistics, and office purposes. The rental space will include, among other things, production lines, cooling technology, an air freight pallet handling system, and an associated processing facility.

According to the city of Euskirchen, the new location is expected to create approximately 330 to 600 jobs.
"At the planned German location of MM Flowers, an estimated 330-600 employees will be needed. Along with the creation of new jobs, we anticipate positive economic developments for the city of Euskirchen," said Sacha Reichelt, Mayor of Euskirchen.

The planned sustainability concept includes a green roof, façade greenery, an air-water heat pump system for heating and cooling, and e-charging infrastructure for various mobility solutions.
