The Supervisory Board of Audi AG has decided on a change in the executive team. By mutual agreement, the former Head of Procurement Renate Vachenauer leaves Audi and the Volkswagen Group. This takes effect on 15 October 2025. The successor in early 2026 will be announced in due course. Interim Production Board member Gerd Walker will assume the provisional leadership of the Procurement division. This was announced by the Ingolstadt-based company
in a press release.

Vachenauer has more than 20 years
of experience in the automotive industry and worked in various positions in Germany and abroad at the BMW Group from 1999 to 2020.
