Metroplan, a provider of logistics planning and consulting, is pleased about the expansion of the management team with the appointment of Thomas Wolf as managing director. The logistics expert assumed the position on October 1. The Hamburg-based company announced this in a press release.
Thomas Wolf, who previously was responsible for planning and implementation of logistics solutions for large e-commerce and retail companies such as
Zalando and Lidl, brings extensive experience from large logistics networks to the leadership team, according to the press release.
Friedrich-Wilhelm Düsing, the long-serving managing director, emphasizes in this context the benefit to Metroplan's customers.
