The owner-managed logistics company Röhlig Logistics appoints Ingo Wolfsholz as Managing Director for Germany. The experienced logistics manager had previously been responsible in the German organization for the national sea freight business. In his new role, he will drive the development and strategic orientation of the company in Germany. The company announced this in a press release.
Ingo Wolfsholz succeeds Dirk Schneider, who has been responsible for the development of Röhlig in Germany since 2020. Schneider will
in the future take on responsibility for Global Tender Management and thereby bring his many years of experience to a central, internationally oriented role.
Wolfsholz is a trained freight forwarder and business economist with almost three decades of experience in logistics, of which more than 20 years abroad. His career has taken him to postings in Australia, the United States and Southeast Asia up to China. Since August 2022, the manager has led the national sea freight
business at Röhlig Germany.
"The appointment as Managing Director of the Germany organization of Röhlig means a lot to me. It is a great honor and confirmation at the same time," explains Ingo Wolfsholz. "I am grateful for the trust and see in it a great responsibility toward the company and our employees."
For the coming years, Ingo Wolfsholz is aiming for certain goals: sustainable growth, a stronger market position, higher service quality and customer satisfaction, as
well as the promotion of the employees, according to the company.
