The Supervisory Board of Thyssenkrupp Decarbon Technologies has appointed Nadja Håkansson, effective October 7, 2025, as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a member of the Executive Board of the Thyssenkrupp Segment Decarbon Technologies. The company announced this in a press release. Håkansson is thus initially appointed to the new post for

three years until October 6, 2028. She will take on the new role in addition to her function as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the plant engineering company Thyssenkrupp Uhde, which she has held since May 2024.

Håkansson held various senior positions at Siemens and Siemens Energy. In doing so, she gained international experience in the areas of supply chain management, operations, sales, and corporate management.
