Sven Wellbrock will assume the management of BLG AutoTransport GmbH & Co. KG as of October 1, 2025. The parent company, BLG Logistics, announced this in a press release. In this role, he will be responsible for the Transportation and Rail divisions.
Wellbrock spent more than 20 years in various management positions at the VTG Group, including as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Safety Officer. From 2013 to 2023, he served as Chairman of the Management Board of VTG Rail Europe GmbH, responsible for all leasing activities and
plants of VTG in Europe. From 2019 also for the rail logistics and EVU companies. During this time, according to BLG, he led various transformation projects. His career is characterized by the development and integration of business areas as well as the implementation of innovative and digital solutions in the rail sector.

With his move to BLG, Wellbrock is to extend his comprehensive experience in the rail sector to also cover the fields of road and inland shipping. This should strengthen the integration of the modes of transport and help advance sustainable solutions for BLG's customers. Going forward, the manager will be based in both Bremen and Mainz.
