Sebastian Bögel has, retroactively as of 1 October 2025, taken over the leadership of the Industrial & Logistics Agency division as head at JLL in Germany. The real estate specialist announced this on 6 October via a press release. Bögel takes over this role from Sarina Schekahn, who will leave JLL in the medium term at her own request after four years. Bögel will report to Marcel Abel,

Head of Leasing Advisory JLL Germany.

Bögel has been with JLL since March 2015 in the Industrial & Logistics Agency area at the Munich site. In September 2019 he assumed the role of Team Leader South, leading the teams in Munich and Stuttgart. A year later he was promoted to Senior Team Leader.

For now, a dual role

The logistics specialist and real estate manager (EBS) has more

than 20 years of industry experience and will lead the division with a total of 48 employees. He will temporarily continue his previous role as Senior Team Leader Industrial & Agency JLL Süd in a dual role and will hand over to a successor in the medium term.
