Johannes Gerstäcker Verlag GmbH has expanded its management: On 3 November 2025, Michael Liebing joined the management team as an additional managing director. In his new role, he will be responsible for the areas of logistics, building services, occupational safety, project management, and the call center. In addition, he will assume disciplinary leadership for the entire site.
Most recently, Liebing worked as
Director for Interim and Consulting Projects at Orban Consulting. There he took on strategic and operational leadership responsibilities for international clients – including as Chief Operating Officer in retail logistics and as Senior Vice President Logistics & Supply Chain for the European retail logistics of a global company. In this role, he oversaw projects valued at over €100 million, aimed at the
automation and restructuring of central logistics sites in Europe. Previously, he held leadership positions at Hess Automotive, the Schmersal Group, Salzgitter AG and Bosch Rexroth.
