The company has, according to its own statements, celebrated the 500th freight flight on its air cargo link between Asia and Mexico. The route is operated in collaboration with the air cargo provider Atlas Air. The aim of the service, which has been in operation since 2019, is to ensure a constant and secure transport connection between the Asian production sites and the Latin American market.
Two weekly direct services to Guadalajara
According to the company, two weekly flights operate, each from Shanghai and Hong Kong in China,
directly to Guadalajara in Mexico. Despite the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and geopolitical disruptions in international trade, Geodis has maintained operations without interruption. The service offers secured transport capacity, shortened transit times, and end-to-end supply chain security.

According to the company, the air freight connection is a central element of Geodis' regional strategy. It strengthens Mexico's role as a logistics hub between Asia and
South America. In addition to the flights, the company operates a national transport network in Mexico that enables daily deliveries to cities such as Mexico City and Monterrey. Shipments can be directly customs-cleared at Guadalajara Airport or transported further in transit.
