Together, Solvares Logistics GmbH aims to cover all steps of digital transport processes from a single source.
Locations in Hamburg and Nuremberg
The headquarters of the newly formed company is located in Hamburg. The Nuremberg location, where Städtler Logistik has been based for 60 years,
will remain. This provides clients with points of contact in both the north and south of Germany. Additionally, Solvares Group maintains offices in Belgium, England, Austria, and the Netherlands.
Restructuring in the field service management sector
Alongside the logistics merger, Solvares Group has also restructured its field service management business. FLS GmbH and Mobilex GmbH have been merged into Solvares FSM GmbH. The company thus creates two
clearly defined business units for the core segments of logistics and field service management.
